Single family home with a pool on a steep plot with sea views in Teià.

The concept proposes a cubic shaped building with its main façade opening up to the landscape, searching for the best sunlight conditions and sea orientation. The house is inserted into the site creating a garage with access from the street below. The exterior terraces, pool and garden are situated over the garage. The house itself is formed by two stories.

The exterior and interior design plays with the contrast between the light travertine marble and the dark color of the windows and interior custom-made furniture.
